1. Definitions

3. Eligibility Requirements

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. b7vip strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to users under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be legally incapacitated, bankrupt, or otherwise restricted from entering into contractual agreements.

3.3 Geographic Restrictions

b7vip primarily serves Indonesian players. By registering, you represent that you are either a resident of Indonesia or are lawfully accessing our platform from a jurisdiction where such access is not prohibited. You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure your use of b7vip complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.

3.4 Account Limitations

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account with b7vip. Creating multiple accounts, including using different personal details, payment methods, or devices to circumvent this rule, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.5 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be currently self-excluded from b7vip or any other online gambling platform. If you have previously self-excluded, you must respect the duration of your exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts is prohibited.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and create a secure password. All information provided must match your government-issued identification documents exactly.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on other websites.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security (optional but strongly recommended).
• Notify b7vip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

b7vip is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate and up-to-date. You are required to notify b7vip promptly of any changes to your personal details, including name changes, address changes, or changes to your payment information. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in delays to withdrawals or account suspension.

4.4 Account Suspension and Closure

b7vip reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon closure, you will forfeit any pending bonuses and may be required to complete verification procedures before any remaining balance is returned.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

b7vip accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 30,000 for e-wallet transactions. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and your VIP tier. Standard members can deposit up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction via major banks.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account within minutes. In rare cases, bank or e-wallet processing delays may occur. If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support with your transaction reference number.

5.4 Payment Method Ownership

All payment methods used for deposits and withdrawals must be registered in your own legal name and must match the name on your b7vip Account. Third-party deposits (using someone else's bank account, credit card, or e-wallet) are strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be using third-party payment methods will be suspended and funds may be confiscated.

5.5 Deposit Fees

b7vip does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees or currency conversion fees, which are beyond our control and your sole responsibility.

5.6 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your b7vip Account are derived from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. b7vip complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to request proof of the source of your funds at any time.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification (see Section 9). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified Indonesian bank account registered in your name.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 for bank transfers and Rp 50,000 for e-wallet transactions.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 WIB). First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours due to KYC verification requirements. VIP members enjoy expedited processing: Gold tier (12 hours), Platinum tier (6 hours), Diamond tier (1 hour).

6.4 Withdrawal Limitations

Standard members can withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 per day. Higher limits are available for VIP members based on their tier. If you wish to withdraw amounts exceeding your daily limit, please contact our VIP support team.

6.5 Withdrawal Fees

b7vip does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or payment provider may charge receiving fees, which are your responsibility. Indonesian banks typically do not charge fees for receiving domestic transfers.

6.6 Wagering Requirements

If you have an active bonus on your Account, you must complete the associated wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it. See Section 7 for detailed bonus terms.

6.7 Withdrawal Restrictions

b7vip reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, if your Account is under investigation, if KYC verification is incomplete, or if you have breached these Terms. We may also request additional documentation or information before processing large withdrawals.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Eligibility

b7vip offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP rewards. Bonus eligibility is determined by b7vip at our sole discretion and may be restricted based on your Account history, jurisdiction, or other factors.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also called "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements) before any winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus with a 35x wagering requirement means you must wager 35 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw.

7.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute 10-50%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Check each bonus's terms for specific game contribution percentages.

7.4 Maximum Bet Limits

While playing with an active bonus, you may not place bets exceeding Rp 50,000 per spin or hand (or currency equivalent). Exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.5 Bonus Abuse

b7vip strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, using strategies designed solely to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct we deem to be abusive. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and funds confiscated.

7.6 Bonus Expiration

Bonuses and associated wagering requirements typically expire 30 days after issuance unless otherwise stated. Uncompleted wagering requirements at expiration will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.7 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

b7vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude Players from bonuses or promotions at our sole discretion.

8. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

8.1 Game Rules

All games offered on b7vip are subject to the specific rules of each game as provided by the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, etc.). These rules are available within each game's information or help section. You are responsible for understanding the rules before playing.

8.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

Violations of fair play rules will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

8.5 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical issue, all affected bets and payouts will be voided. b7vip is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control. If you encounter a game error, please discontinue play immediately and contact customer support.

9. Identity Verification (KYC)

9.1 KYC Requirement

b7vip is legally required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), helps prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

9.2 Required Documents

To complete KYC verification, Indonesian Players must submit:

12. Limitation of Liability

12.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators or live dealer gameplay and are final. b7vip is not responsible for your gaming losses or for any incorrect predictions you may make. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money.

12.3 Third-Party Providers

12.4 Maximum Liability
